Yes and I live their Greek salad 😊
No. Sorry
Sure! Great food and decent atmosphere. Reasonable prices if you are also budget minded.
I know they have a lot of fruit and some good breakfast that it's low carb and gluten free I do not know about their pasta
Yep sure do
They do for five or more people.
yes
Overall a great meal. My dad and I meet once a week for dinner and he picked this one. We had drinks and a pizza. We got there about 630 and had planned on sitting at the bar, but it was loaded. So we got a table almost immediately. Our server was on the spot for our drink order. When she got back we ordered our pizza. It didnt take long for it to come out. It was definitely fresh made and smoking hot. Good size for 2 people too. Our drinks, whiskey sours, were mixed well and had large orange slices. Since it was Wednesday, they had a magician/juggler walking around entertaining diners and kids. He seemed to be pretty good. He drew applause several times. We will be back again as I spied some other items I want to try next time.
I like the food. They are closed due to the pandemic
The neighborhood restaurant is alive and well.......A friend who lived in Richmond recommended we go there. If we lived closer we would be regulars.
This place is a solid performer all the time. If I lived closer (within 10 mins) then this would be a regular in a rotation for me in restaurants. The brunch is solid and not trying to be anything else than solid. There are 2 Joe's Inns and this one is the 2nd location and technically a "franchise". I've done both - I prefer this one. I usually get chicken livers (a tough find in any restaurant!). The sandwiches are very delicious and you can't go wrong. My fave app is their Greek meatballs - you get 3 big ones and all meals are served with bread. I add a small Greek salad with anchovies and I'm good to go! We've made pacts that if we ever get stuck on what restaurant to go to - we go to Joe's, if it's close.
Laid back, relaxed atmosphere with the best oldies playing and authentic, delicious Italian food! Will definitely return!
great place. on Wednesday nights, they have Johnathan Austin, an amazing magician who might as well double as a comedian. Super good spaghetti, salads, burgers, and a breakfast buffet on Sunday mornings, which are all to die for.
Our waitress was awesome! There were 10 in our group and all the orders were correct. All the food was hot and delicious! Highly recommend!
Consistently good food and service!
Their breakfast/brunch buffet is excellent & and worth the $$. Staff is always nice & polite.
We were a group of 18 for breakfast. One waitress(Mackenzie) took care of all of us. She did an excellent job. Although the food was a little slow getting to us (I think we caught the cook by surprise) it was good and the portions were generous. I will be returning .
Awesome restaurant for both dining in and take out. They have some of the best pizza in town. They also serve a wonderful brunch that is out of this world. If you haven’t tried them yet, it is definitely worth trying. Just keep in mind that they get very busy because they are a very popular restaurant since they have such great food. I hope that you enjoy their food as much as I do!!!
Food and service is always consistent! The wine was just ok but my soup was delicious!! My Greek salad was also delicious and my husband had the chicken marsella with spaghetti and said that it was wonderful. It's a very popular place all day- like a great neighborhood gathering place!
Portions are huge, but quality of food can vary.
Tasty food, huge portions, reasonable prices. Service was friendly though a little slow.
Poor service. Slow service. Just barely warm food. Not busy when I ate there. I was disappointed I heard it was good.
Not nearly as good as the fan location but the waitstaff takes good care of you and the food is still really good. I go here semi-frequently cuz it's more convenient to me now.
Great food good service huge portions
We had a great dinner at Joe's Inn last evening, celebrating a friend's birthday. We had the wings, baked feta, greek salad, and pizza. The food was delicious. Theresa was a phenomenal waitress! She went above and beyond to accommodate us and she had great attention to detail. Her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and proactive approach made our experience at Joe's Inn one to remember. You often do not see that level of service anymore. Great food, great service!
Love the grilled chicken cobb salad, and their spaghetti is always top notch.
Great food. I got the grilled chicken breast and it was nice and juicy. Our server shelby was a great waitress and full of joy
I've lived in Richmond for 14 years now and I can honestly say that Joe's Inn Bon Air is hands down my favorite breakfast spot. Awesome breakfast bar and menu, my favorite are the seasoned potatoes and the egg mixed with green and red peppers, onions and melted cheese on top. They serve breakfast until 2pm on Sundays and the restaurant is dimly lit except for the light above the tables which I love because who wants a brightly light restuarant while you're half asleep trying to eat breakfast? Not me.
Very cozy, homestyle food. Great bar too. If you like the classic long, wood bar with a relaxed mood, this is the place.
Great service and great atmosphere, the food has room for improvement but it's pretty good
Wonderful service, promptly seated us, and the overall dining experience was excellent
Love the food & the casual atmosphere. The best baked spaghetti!
Have been to this place several times and the food is always good. The service is always amazing.
Pritty good place here. I went as a guest of my father in law. Had one of the specials and my husband had an item of the menu. I like my dish though, with garlic in the name I thought it would tast it more. But, it was balanced right so I was pleased. Two things the booth are little small and move and my husbands spaghetti had alot of water and oil under it. Seemed odd that they did that.
Value for money is phenomenal. Wait staff is super friendly and helpful. They always keep my coffee cup full! Love their breakfast. Pancakes are awesome.
Comfortable and homey, HUGE portions and great prices. You can tell a lot of local people eat here and have probably been coming here for years, so you know it's good. Fairly diverse menu with a Greek-y vibe. Not gonna be a spot for complex, "foodie" people, but it's a good place to get a family meal. There's also a take out option next door called Joe's Out (with Bev's ice cream!)
I had the spaghetti with meat sauce. Definitely more food for the price . Couldn't finish it all, but it also came with a side salad. Wasn't a fan or two sliced tomatoes with two onions and the lettuce well that's another story. Needless to say I didnt enjoy rge salad to much. Good customer service and was able to be seated without having to wait. Would definitely come back again and try some more items off the menu.
I wish their food was good, but it’s just....not. It’s just there, and that’s the only good thing about it. Their food has a weird taste to it sometimes like the ingredients are old or low quality. Their sandwiches are okay.. their fries are greasy and not the same as joes inn downtown. I’m not sure why but their brunch leaves a weird film in my mouth like when I’m eating McDonald’s food.. can’t put my finger on it, but it’s just....okay.
Ordered with prompt service but wasn’t given bread until the manager Rachel took action. She was very down to earth and truly made our experience a delight! Exceeded expectations and loved my club!
I was visiting family and they suggested Joe's Inn at Bon Air. I'm glad they did. The meal and service was excellent. I watched the food going out to other tables and it all looked good. Next time I am in town I will definitely go back.
Their lasagna is hands down the best so far. Great service...
I love the vegan spaghetti. The staff is really friendly and they are so patient with me and my dietary restrictions.
My husband and I love this restaurant! We always have good service. Brunch is the best.
The atmosphere was nice. The beer was nice and cold. I had the fish and chips. The fish was smaller than most places I have been and the fries was decent. The bartender was very nice and checked on me often.
Not intending to be negative, but our recent experiences dining at Joe's Inn have not been as gratifying as in prior years. The service has been lackluster, with a consistent failure to check back with us over the course of our meal as an example of a little thing that takes the lustre off an outing. Beyond that failing, which is easily overlooked, the loss of quality of the entrees that we used to so enjoy as guests there have made it difficult to justify returning. This from someone who is quite loathe to send food back to the kitchen, but has felt compelled to on at least one occasion at this restaurant. The willingness of the manager to strike the charge for the unacceptable dish from our bill was certainly a positive, but the fact that over subsequent visits we found the food to be lackluster suggests that there is little attention being paid to what goes on in that kitchen or of making the dining experience one that customers will be inclined to repeat.
Great service & food. Didn't know we'd stayed past close until we realized it was quiet!
I don't advise getting the Spagetti ala Joe with meat sauce.
The ambience is relaxing, the service is always top notch. I go there on Thursdays with a contingent of members of my church choir after our rehearsal. A very pleasant place to wind down, with good friends.
Awesome food, equally awesome service! What’s not to love about this place? 😃
Excellent Spaghetti al a Greek... huge portion too... brought home leftovers, had leftovers for lunch and then made more noodles for extra sauce.. please don't make portions smaller because of this... very reasonable prices, excellent service and very adequate selection of draft beers
Joe's Inn is the place to get massive portions for a low price. The spaghetti dishes are so big that they could easily feed 2 to 3 adults!! The marinara sauce has great flavor.
The food is great! Huge portions for the price. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Overall an excellent experience.
Nice place to eat, especially if you like to be able to get breakfast served all day. Large portions and not very expensive. Food is good. There is a huge variety on the menu, and plenty of eating space inside. I like that there is a Joe's Inn (where you eat inside) and Joe's Out (where you pick up takeout). This place is clean inside and you can purchase shirts that say "eat at Joe's ". Handy if you know anyone with that name.
Plenty of room. Good breakfast. Polite servers.
Joe's is really about family. The service is the best. The food portions are plentiful (well more than enough) and it's so freaking delicious, you can't help but go back for more. Jonathon Austin, juggler extraordinare, is there every Wednesday from 6-8p and is nothing short of memorable
Whether it is a quiet romantic dinner with your partner or a group gathering to celebrate a special event, Joe's Inn does not disappoint. Great food and service. I recommend the Lasagna. Simply the Best!
I love Joe's Inn. I get weary of all the overwrought "foodie" places sometimes, and I want "just a place". Joe's Inn is exactly that. The food is quite good, the service is friendly and reliable. Seriously, my only complaint is that that portions are so generous, they spill out over the dishes.
